Booking Terms & Conditions Keys are available from Reception from 2.00pm on the date of your arrival and must be returned by 10.00am on the date of your departure. Please respect that no smoking is permitted in the bungalows. Once a booking has been confirmed and payment received, the person making the booking is responsible for in the following conditions: 1. Your bungalow must be left clean and tidy for the following occupants. A vacuum cleaner and cleaning materials are provided. The proprietors reserve the right to charge at cost for cleaning of the bungalow if it is not left in a reasonable and satisfactory manner. 2. Your bungalow is fully equipped except for bed linen, towels, tea towels and toiletries, which must be provided by the applicant. 3. All damages, breakages and losses must be reported immediately and paid for prior to departure. 4. The Proprietors of the bungalows and Stoneleigh Holiday & Leisure Village are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury (whether direct or consequential) sustained by the applicant or members of the applicant’s party or property in the course of or arising out of a visit or proposed visit to the bungalows and Stoneleigh Holiday & Leisure Village. 5. No equipment, apparatus, meter or appliance in your bungalow may be improperly used, tempered with or damaged. All damage or injury resulting shall be the responsibility of and charged to the applicant. 6. Cancellations must be made in writing and can be accepted up to 4 weeks before the commencement of the period booked. The deposit is not returnable in any circumstances. Holidays cancelled without the above notification will be invoiced in full. 7. Applicants and members of their party shall not cause a nuisance or annoyance to the Proprietors or visitors to Stoneleigh Holiday & Leisure Village. 8. No caravan, boat, trailer or tent shall be brought to the Holiday Village without the previous consent of the Proprietors. 9. Vehicles shall only be kept on the parking areas provided and are parked at Stoneleigh Holiday Village entirely at the vehicle owner’s risk. No parking on the grass areas. 10. Membership of the Stoneleigh Leisure club is not included in the rental of your bungalow. A one off charge of £30.00 per week can be paid to Reception at Stoneleigh which covers use of the pool and gym. Alternatively, entry can be paid for at each visit to these areas. 11. Children under 18 years old are only allowed in the family & entertainment area separated from the bar area. See signs. 12. No smoking is permitted in your bungalow, swimming pool, changing rooms, sauna, solarium, toilets, laundry room and the no smoking area of the clubhouse. 13. No pets are allowed in the bungalows at any time. 14. Electricity is supplied by coin meter which accepts £1 coins only.
